Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the social casino service operated by Insider Luck Feed Limited (trading as KoruPlay) ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law. We may verify age and suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

• The service is a social casino for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager or win real money.
• No cash-out and no prizes/items of real-world value are offered or redeemable.
• Gameplay outcomes do not indicate future success in any gambling activity.

3) Virtual currency and items

Virtual currency, chips, credits and virtual items (together, "Virtual Items") are licensed to you for personal entertainment use. Virtual Items have no cash value, are not property, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value. We may modify, balance, remove or expire Virtual Items and features at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

4) Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

• No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with security or operations.
• No unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content or conduct.
• No selling, buying, or transferring accounts or Virtual Items.
• No infringement of others’ rights, including privacy and intellectual property.

5) Accounts; suspension & termination

You are responsible for your account and activity. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a risk to users or the service, or as required by law. On termination, your licence to use the service ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under New Zealand law.

6) Intellectual property; copyright complaints

The service, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. If you believe content on the service infringes copyright, email contact@insiderluckfeed.com with: (a) your name and contact details; (b) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (with location/URL); (c) a statement of your good-faith belief; and (d) a statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised agent. We may remove/disable access and may request additional information.

7) Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you cannot exclude under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable and the Fair Trading Act 1986).

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of Virtual Items. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum remedies required by law.

9) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree it will be governed by New Zealand law and heard in the courts of New Zealand, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule requires otherwise.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
